据我所知现在的待遇和如下的完全不一样
没有津贴和补助
1. Period of Employment: 16 July 2001 to 15 July 2004
2. Probation Period: 3 months
3. Basic Salary: RMB 3,800.00/month
4. Housing Allowance: RMB 1,500.00/month
5. Monthly Allowance: RMB 1,000.00/month
6. Year End Bonus: One month of basic salary or pro-rata amount paid in
Decemner if you are in the Company’s service on Dec.31.
7. Service Gratuity: You will be elegible for a service gratuity
equivalent to 25% of the total of basic salaries and housing allowance
earned during the period of employment upon satisfactory completion of the
contract.
8.Annual Leave: 15 or prorated (for incompleted year of service)
working days full paid annual leave. However, the number of days of your
home leave taken during the year will be offset in your annual leave
entitlement.
9. Home Leave: You will be entitled to one round trip air ticket at
economy class from Shenzhen back to hometown for completion of each
year of service.
10. Medical Benefits: To be covered by medical insurance as arranged by
FESCO.
11. Notice of Termination: 30 days written notice or payment in lieu of
notice is required. |
