升级一下Linux版本吧，至少升级到 centos6

如果你说主频下降的话，1995.263  ，cpu开启了节能模式的原因
但是你说识别不了cpu个数，可能是Linux的原因，你的cpu很强，志强E7
建议还是升级Linux版本
