计算机专业学士或硕士毕业，至少3-4年 Java/C++ 开发大型应用系统经验（不招实习生和未毕业学生），英语流利，并具备下列技能：
1.Should have developed/architected/tested enterprise       software using Java, C and C++.
2.Extensive knowledge and working experience with white box testing.
3.Expert on using one or more Quality Assessment tools like JProbe, Purify, or JTest. Knowledge of Purify is a must.
4.Conversant with industry standard databases, operating systems, applications servers
5.Should have solid inference skills to recommend/make corrective changes in the product for reliability improvement.
6.Knowledge on developing applications for internationalization and localization.
7. Having read books like Effective C++, Code Complete would be useful.
