求助：CentOS6.9纯root用户无法写入/etc/init.d

求助，本人系统CentOS6.9，只有一个root用户，但是不能在/etc/init.d/目录下写入文件，提示没有权限。

[root@web ~]# ll /etc/init.d
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 11 Apr 14 22:18 /etc/init.d -> rc.d/init.d

[root@web ~]# touch /etc/init.d/file
touch: cannot touch `/etc/init.d/file': Permission denied

[root@web ~]# df -h

尝试用VI操作，保存时提示：

Entering Ex mode.  Type "visual" to go to Normal mode.
