不知道各位有没有兴趣呀，JD如下：
职位描述：
Prepare software design documents and program specifications
• Participate in design reviews and resolve design issues
• Interact with customers and users during the requirements specification process
• Lead a group of team members in executing the project
• Motivate team members and provide technical guidance
• Coordinate & Liaison with external & internal teams around the World
• Adhere to quality standards (CMM, ISO) and processes
• Execute module as per the process set for the project
• Develop test case design and test checklists
职位详细要求－－
• 5 or more years experience in Software Design and Development
• 2 or more years experience in leading Software Development Teams
• Fluent Written and Spoken English(or Japanese) Communications Skills. Applicant should be fluent in communicating in spoken English with customers around the World
• Experience in creating User Requirements Documents, HLD, LLD and Unit Tests
• Proven Expertise with n-tier architectures, J2EE and .NET frameworks
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related Engineering degree
