职位名称：售前技术支持经理，主要是思科产品呀。
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage pre-sales support teams including staff with expertise on PC/Server, Storage, Networking, Security, PABX, VoIP, and structure cabling.
· Manage to allocate resources and assign staff for handling pre-sales support request from Sales
· Pre-sales support activities include customer meeting, sales meeting, proposal generation, communication with vendor or supplier for required technical and product information, etc
· Develop and enhance the processes for consolidating pre-sales staff’s activities as monthly report to TSS management and Sales management for reviewing the status on the business
· Work very closely with product managers for planning the pre-sales resources and knowledge requirement to support the planned sales growth
· Responsible to work out and execute staff development plan or recruit talent in the market to enhance the skill and knowledge of pre-sales teams to in-line with company’s product and solution direction
· Business travel is required
Expected Competencies:
· Leadership Characteristics – able to consider what is the best for the Pre-sales team and JOS China group when developing processes or making decisions; able to influence and seek for buy-in during people communication
· Business Acumen – is knowledgeable of the business model within the company and externally to the technology and product trend in the market
· Interpersonal Communications – listens effectively and understands what others are trying to communicate; communicates in a manner that is open, clear and timely; possesses strong presentation skills
· Analysis Skills / Problem Solving – able to analysis and see underlying issues and patterns; asks good questions which help to surface issues and solve problems
· Customer Oriented – actions are taken with the customer in mind
Educational and experience requirement:
· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, or related subject; postgraduate or MSc degree will be advantage
· Minimum nine years of solid experience in IT pre-sales support with 3 years in managerial position
· Solid knowledge and experience on two or multiple IT product and solution including PC/Server, Networking, Storage, Security, PABX and VoIP; previous experience on structure cabling will also be advantage
· Holders of professional certification such as from Microsoft, Cisco, HP, IBM, EMC, etc
· Strong analysis skills, business acumen and people communication skills are required
· Fluently in Mandarin and English

Reporting to the Director of Business Development,the manager will be responsible for planning and leading the activities of LAN/WAN,IP or other Data Communications solution business for the MNC clients in Mainland China.
The incumbent will work closely with the pre-sales support,the account management and the after-sales services teams to ensure that the objective of the Data Communications business can be achieved.
The manager will be accountable for the financial and Sales and Marketing objectives of the Data Communications business and be responsible for the preparation and rolling of the product-marketing plan,managing vendor relationship,lining up pre-sales supporting activities and handling major projects.
Job requirements：
- University degree in related engineering or business discipline preferred
- More than 8 years' working experience of which 5 years in sales and marketing or pre-sales support function of Data Communications business a MUST
- Previous experience in engineering field and advantage
- Knowledge of industry,market and technology trends on data communications products in Mainland China.Good business sense
- Mature individual with good people communication and management skills
