i got an HEDY pc, when i change the FSB of the cpu in the BIOS from 100 to 133 HZ , and saved the setting. however when i try to reboot my computer it does nothing, i can not even hear the beep sound, it is means my cpu is dead???? please someone give me some directions??

change your mainboard```or CPU,is bad.
