启动好后，在客户机输入http://58.0.60.110:1580，返回404，找不到网页，TSM服务器上显示日志：

1。是之前可以，现在不可以web登录，还是一直不可以web登录；

2。如果前者，那么请检查web的包安装了没有；

3。如果后者，请回想一下这个变化之中做过什么方面的改动；

4。是否可以考虑重建web页面，runfile的方法，具体的请看相关tsm的文档，我记得不是很清楚了。。。

多谢yanbing斑竹，具体情况是这样的：
1、之前是可以的，后面建了一个文件系统/home/archive给用户archive（OnDemand用户），然后将原来archive下的冬冬全部mv到新的文件系统里面
2、接下来作了chown -R archive:sysadm1 /home/archive，导致了两个问题，其一是db2用户登陆时，无法验证用户，这个问题通过重新给db2ckpw正确的权限解决了；
3、其二就是发生了上述TSM Web管理页面无法登陆问题，我无法确定是否archive用户目录的改变影响了TSM server的存储权限，因此贴出了TSM启动日志，其中的
ANR2100I Activity log process has started.
ANR2006E Activity log process was not started, the default output stream cannot be opened.
不知道各位有没有遇到这个错误，之前启动好像没有这个问题。
4、我简单的重新安装了web server的几个软件包，好像对结果没有影响，如果实在不行只能重新安装TSM了，实际上我不想如此。。。。

检查一下，你的网络
在本地(服务器)上面启动web界面看是否有问题

郁闷。。。。现在dsmserv启动之后，halt都关不掉了，也说：
Unable to open output stream.

只能用kill 了

halt都不能关闭。那是不是你的log 有问题了

怪异的问题，我把整个重装了一遍

应该是你的tsm数据库的日志空间出了问题，你当时重建一下就好了
