perl连接数据库后的一个弱智问题。

大家好。
我用perl连接access后。
在命令行测试成功返回数据库内容。
可是在浏览器却连接不上数据库。
请问这是apache配置问题还是其他的问题！？

有高手知道请回答。谢谢！

权限问题，命令行使用当前登陆用户的权限执行程序，web server使用web server的用户（在httpd.conf里面定义的）执行，web server的用户权限无法打开哪个access文件

我的测试环境是windows,
数据库也没有设置用户权限（everyone）。
难道apache也需要设置什么权限吗？

如果需要，设置成什么好呢。是那个参数啊？
