RH AS4 装 zhcon-0.2.3.tar.gz 报错 ????

小弟新装了套AS4。但在装字符中文的时候，报错。安装失败。请高手指教。

好象是语法有错，自己改改就行了，我自己在fc2上装的时候就是这样，具体记不清了，好象是语法检查更严格了，代码在公司，现在没法看,反正挺简单的
