SATA硬盘在进行大数据量频繁I/O时，磁盘阵列经常会报某个位置的硬盘有错误,但是这时磁盘阵列上的备援盘并不会自动去替换，目前经常会有用户超过十颗以上的硬盘报错，而热备援磁盘不做任何动作，现在的磁盘阵列的管理功能中无法让有坏块的硬盘离线，只能做COPY 或是替换，但是实际操作中发现Copy/Clone有时也不成功，因为读写到其他硬盘的坏块时会报错导致COPY失败。
  
用户希望如果磁盘阵列检测到物理硬盘有坏块能够自动将热备援磁盘启用，而隔离故障磁盘。

When SATA disks were under heavy I/Os, the disk array frequently reported errors on one of the disks. In this case, the hot spare disk failed to replace the error disk to recover.  For the moment, there are couple of customers who have a system with more than ten error disks and the system failed to recover from that by hot spare.  The management application has no functionality to offline the disk with bad blocks. Instead, all we can do is to Copy or Replace it. However, what we found is even Copy/Clone would fail due to the disk error when the bad blocks of other groups of disks was read/writen. The customer would like the system to have the ability to offline the disk with bad blocks and replace it with a hot spare automaticly.

好像是这个阵列的hot spare没有发挥正常的功能哟。

这个现象很怪啊，有可能不是硬盘本身的问题
