RHEL AS 3+ORACLE9.2 Agent cann't start why !!!!

I setup oracle9.2 on RHEL AS 3,
who can tell me how solute the problem.

我用DBCA创建数据库后,打过了,P2617419_210_generic和P3119415_9204_linux两个补丁了呀,

是不是还要打其它的补丁呀,
帮忙呀,各位大哥

接下来我RLINK一个.MK文件
$CD $ORACLE_HOME/network/lib
$make -f ins_oemagent.mk install
好像还是不行呀,
