紧急求助,文件系统不能mount

因为异常掉电,文件系统/data(6个硬盘做的raid5)不能mount,mount时报错:
#mount /data
UX:vxfs mount: ERROR: /dev/dsk/c1b0t0d0s1 is corrupted. needs checking
然后用fsck命令检查修复后,再mount,还是跟上面一样的错误:
# fsck /dev/dsk/c1b0t0d0s1

检查阵列的6个硬盘的灯都是应该正常(绿灯),并且开机检查硬盘的状态都是ok,且能进入目录/data中,请高手指教问题何在?
