二、职位描述/Job Description
MC SW&V
1. 高级自动化测试工程师
Requirements：
3++ years experience in telecom industry.
Knowledge of software engineering and testing
Familiar with GNU development suite and make file.
Experience in Testing Simulation Environment/Tools Design is a must. Capability to analyze testing environment requirements is a must.
Familiar with Telecom Protocols: IP, TCP/UDP, HTTP, SNMP.
Technical development background and understanding in software/hardware architecture a desirable.
2. 网管开发工程师
Requirements：
3++ years experience in telecom industry.
Familiar with SNMP protocols, 2+ years experience in developing NMS agent.
Familiar with RTOS as VxWorks and Linux.
3. 高级软件工程师
Requirements:
3++ years experience in telecom industry.
Solid education background in Computer Science / Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Familiar with network programming, and TCP/IP stack，RTP,RTSP, UPnP, IGMP protocols.
Be familiar with C/C++ programming.
vxWorks and Linux Applications development experience
Familiar with Finite State Machine programming.
Experience in Digital Right Management.

Requirement:
· Solid education background in Computer Science /Electrical Engineering or other related.
· 3+ years of experience in software development.
· Have studied or developed multi-media application products.
· Linux Applications development experience, C/C++.
Two or more of the following items is desirable:
· Experience in Linux application, PHP, HTML, CGI programming.
· Hands-on experience with operating system kernels, file systems, process/thread synchronization, network programming, and TCP/IP stack.

? Have strong inter-personal and communication skills to influence other’s behavior for the desired results.
? Good knowledge of MS project, advance-level skills in Excel/Word/Power-Point, and Proficient written and oral English.

Requirement：
