Proftpd启动问题，请大家帮忙，憋了好几天了，谢谢！！

我用proftpd做服务器出现的问题：
我用的是proftpd-1.2.8.tar.gz 包，我安装在/usr/local里，我的系统用的是RH8.0版本。下面是我的配置文件，大家帮我看看那里有错误：

配置好后无法启动：
[root@AAAAA]#/usr/local/sbin/proftpd &

这又是怎么回事呢？？我又换了个启动命令
[root@AAAAA]#/usr/local/sbin/proftpd start
- Fatal: RateReadBPS: deprecated.  Use  TransferRate instead
启动不起来。为什么呢？？？？
不知哪位仁兄能做详细的解释，麻烦了！谢谢啊！
