cisco 2620问题

基本配置：

线路:ddn
以太口：192.168.168.254
serial0/0:130.1.2.3
封装ppp;
路由正常工作，网络连通，工作正常，ping 对方的IP地址OK.
当ddn线路断开时一会，线路再恢复正常后，
路由状态：serial0/0 up, line protocol down
一直不能恢复正常，
只有关掉电源重开后才能恢复正常，ok
路由状态：serial0/0 up, line protocol up
这是什么原因，？？
请指教~~~

就是说线路断了一会，再恢复正常，但是路由不能恢复正常，
只有关掉电源重启动，才OK~~
