请教一个关于proftpd的启动问题

环境： 我用的上RH8.0系统
用的包是proftpd-1.2.8.tar.gz的
问题是配置完后连本机测试都不成功 ，而且每次启动什么提示都没有！晕晕的！查了好多的资料都不知道哪出了毛病？请大虾帮助！！！！！！！！！！！！！谢谢了
配置文件如下：

当我用本机浏览器测试的时候（用ftp://127.0.0.1)出现了：
530-Unable to set anoymous privileges
530 login incorrect
我觉得是配置文件的用户和用户组没弄好 但我也没找到是哪里弄错了。许多的文章基本上都是这么弄的呀！到底该怎么弄呀？？？？？？？
真是的，这么简单的问题我都搞不出来！大侠们见笑了 ，请帮帮小弟看看是怎么回事！谢谢了！

1.系统中没有nobody组,增加一个就行.
或:
2.把globle sections中的 group 由nobody 改为 ftp

这样试试吧

我用的是proftpd-1.2.8，朋友已帮我安装在/usr/local下。
今天重新编译系统后，没启动Proftpd服务，
请问启动Proftp是用那个命令？在那个目录下运行？

这么简单的问题我都搞不出来！大侠们见笑了谢谢了！
