Responsibilities:
Being part of a high-profile software team targeting global market
Develop embedded software for mobile data services
Participate in software integration on various mobile devices
Qualifications:
BS (MS preferred) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent degrees
Thorough understanding of C/C++ programming language
2+ year industry experience required for BS candidate, real-world exposure required for MS candidate
Real-world experience and successful project of embedded software strongly recommended
Familiar with current software development practice and technology: OO, UML, XML, OS, Java
Experiences with software development lifecycle.
Communication skills in English are required
Strongly motivated, result-oriented, team player

Experience with Java Virtual Machine and J2ME technologies
2+ year industry experience required for BS candidate, real-world exposure required for MS candidate
Real-world experience and successful project of Java implementation strongly recommended
Familiar with software development practice and technology: C/C++, OO, UML, XML, OS, Java
Experiences with software development lifecycle.
Communication skills in English are required

产品经理/产品市场经理
职责：
根据公司总体战略、市场状况，协助上级制定公司产品策略，定期提出产品规划建议；
组织制定年度产品计划，分析选择目标市场，提出相应的市场营销、策划推广方案；
负责新产品上市策划并主导完成新产品推广全过程；
负责制定产品价格策略，严格控制产品的价格体系；
根据产品功能和市场定位，为售前和售后进行后台技术支持；
跟踪产品销售状况并进行销售分析，在新老产品交替时间段，配合销售部门实现平稳过渡；
组织对公司产品的市场表现、应用前景、市场定位、竞争品牌、顾客反馈等信息进行调研、分析和预测；
要求：
本科以上学历，市场营销相关专业背景
具备笔记本电脑行业三年以上工作经验，担任产品经理或同等职务二年以上；
具备产品运作、产品策略制定及规划、产品运营管理经验；
优秀的市场感觉，能及时掌握和分析市场及竞争对手新产品动态；
熟练掌握主要的市场分析研究方法和工具；
思路敏捷,具备较强的商务谈判技巧；
良好的团队领导能力，能与各工作联系人员进行有效沟通和协调，具备良好的团队合作意识；
掌握计算机基本知识，能熟练运用办公软件；
事业心强、责任心强，能承受较大工作压力。

A)Key tasks
* Provide fully support in implementation of sales strategy
* Develop dealer and salesmen training
* Promote TMFCN and TMFCN products in the dealer network and liaise with the management of the Distributors
* Set sales & penetration objectives for dedicated sales area and sales representatives
* Responsible for overall TMFCN sales performance
* Evaluate dealer performance and feed back to senior management
* Support Operations department in obtaining missing or additional customer information
B) Management task
* Manage subordinates’ performance
* Maintain good working relationship with Distributors and its’ dealer network
Qualification:
* Job holder should have minimum 3 years experience in sales position of automotive or automotive related industry. Basic understanding of captive finance business or banking business is essential.
* Job holder should have experience in managing a team based on objectives.
* Job holder needs to have excellent oral and written communication skills
* Social competence to create and maintain good working relationship within the international organization
* Self motivated, target oriented, well organized and initiative taking
* Foreign language (English) recommended is essential
* University degree is essential
