问个很弱的问题，配置sshd的问题

我最近装了Turbo Linux ES8，通过ssh，root用户可以正常登录，但是其它的用户都被拒绝登录。手册文档里说默认情况下，是允许任务用户登录的，而我用的就是默认的。以下是etc/ssh/sshd_config文件的内容，请大家帮我解决这个问题。谢谢！！！

谢谢sway2004009的回复，我试过不用配置，但是这样的话，sftp用不了。而且不用配置文件会不会安全呢？

在/etc/xinetd.d 下配置gssftp文件，把disable＝yes注销

Turbo Linux ES8上没有/etc/xinetd.d这个目录。
我觉得不要配置文件还是不太好，请问还有没有其它方法？
