Oracle EBS Solution Architecture
Job Summary
The Oracle EBS Solution Architect role provides architecture, RM, BD, DD, and project management – whole lifecycle expertise for implementation and pre-sales of Oracle EBS Solutions in Application Development.
Education Requirements
Bachelor or master degree in computer or information technology. ( Must have)
Pass CET-6. ( Must have)
Experience Requirements
1. At least 7 years full-time software development experience. ( Must have)
2. At least 5 years Oracle EBS development experience. ( Must have)
2. At least 3 Oracle EBS architecture experience. ( Must have)
Personal Characteristics
1.        Strong self-confidence and capability to understand, analyze, and solve problems, Team-working attitude. ( Must have)
2.        Work under pressure. ( Must have)
Skill and Knowledge Requirements
1.
1.Master Oracle EBS System, Master typical modules such as GL, AP, AR, PO modules. ( Must have)
2.Master Oracle workflow. ( Must have)
3.Master Oracle EBS developing tools such as Forms Developer, Report Developer, Warehouse Builder. ( Must have)
4.Having Oracle DBA experience, familiar with Oracle EBS’s installation (including RAC), performance tuning and system upgrade. ( Must have)
5.Master UML, Design pattern, TCP/IP, XML, Java, J2EE, C++.
6.Excellent communication skill. ( Must have)
7.Excellent teamwork skill. ( Must have)
8.Proficiency in English. (Nice to have)
Job Responsibilities and Tasks
1.Manage and architect Oracle EBS projects in a technical leader and chief architect role to meet technical, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction commitments.
2.Perform business and technical analysis and lead architecture design of Oracle EBS solutions.
3.Assist the sales team to qualify structure and close solution deals, develop technical solutions for proposals, presentations.
4.Mentor and foster professional and technical growth of technical team.


Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Solution Architecture
Job Summary
He/she need participate in client communications, and in understanding complex business requirement. Responsible to generate solution architecture to meet business requirement, and implement PLM system.
Education Requirements
Bachelor or master degree in computer or information technology ( Must have)Pass CET-6 ( Must have)
Experience Requirements
1. At least 5 years full-time software development experience. ( Must have)2. At least 2 years  in implementation of PLM/PDM( Must have)
Personal Characteristics
1. Strong self-confidence and capability to understand, analyze, and solve problems ,Team-working attitude ( Must have)2. Work under pressure ( Must have)
Skill and Knowledge Requirements
1. Understanding of fundamental PLM architecture. ( Must have)
2. Knowledge of UG/ iMAN / other Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) /Product Data Management (PDM) products. Experience with the implementation of a PLM application. ( Must have)
3. Ability to participate in cross functional team discussions to define business processes and requirements( Must have)
4. Comprehensive software development skills (C/ C++/ Java). ( Must have)
5. An understanding of the engineering environment and CAD/CAE applications would be a plus(Nice to have)
6. Excellent communication skill. (Must have )
7. Excellent teamwork skill. (Must have )
8. Proficiency in English
Job Responsibilities and Tasks
1. Participates in client communications to understand client’s business requirement.
2. Assess current situation and define the future configuration and related design applications
3. Implement application modules to support the defined business objectives
4. Coordinate with team  and user communities

TCL/Tk
Required Skills
The engineer must have the following experience:
1.        BS/BA/MS in computer science, engineering or related area.
2.        1.5 years Tcl/Tk full time experience (must include industry experience)
3.        Minimum 4 years software developing experience
4.        UNIX/Linux administration
5.        UNIX/Linux programming Skill
6.        Networks administrator
7.        Have the defect analysis and debug fix capability
8.        Demonstrated high level of accountability and personal responsibility leading to the success of projects required.
9.        Team-working attitude with strong desire to learn and excel
10.        Excellent written and speech communication skill in English
11.        Working knowledge of OS: HP-UX, Solaris and Windows

Additionally desirable skills:
1.        Familiarity with software install shell
2.        Familiarity with CVS (revision control) systems
3.        Japanese/Korean language skill preferred
4.        HP OpenView knowledge and experience
