这几天碰到一个怪问题,请各位高手帮帮忙,(使用一软件后,造成不能上网)

具体问题如下:

      这几天在测试一软件,使用后造成不能访问互联网web服务,但是能PING通内网网关IP地址,也能PING通互联网上的IP地址(如下),觉得有点奇怪,

C:\>nslookup (使用那个软件前)
Default Server:  nsc0.gxnnptt.net.cn

C:\>nslookup (一但使用那个软件,马上就成这样)

目前偶能找到解决的办法就是,用超级兔子魔法设置恢复以前备份的注册表(还好偶有一个月备份一次的习惯,在此也推荐大家也做做备份工作),偶恢复注册表后多次测试,确定是那个软件的问题, 但就是不知道那个软件是修改了哪个地方, 会造成连接不上DNS服务器,敬请高手指教.
