U盘太老了吧。。不够新，买个新的试试哈！

你是用什么方法哦？
在LINUX里要用U盘一般法.:  mount -t vfat /dev/sda1 /mnt
如果不行.再试试mount -t usbfs /dev/sd1  /mnt .
                        试试....

先看看fdisk -l或者dmesg的输出是什么，很可能是能识别但是没有自动mount上来而已

原来是我自己的原因,其实它自动加载了
