我有一个ODC的美国客户，在北京马上成立一个研发中心，需要一个websphere方面的专家，当然还包括java，j2ee方面的高手，有几个问题想请教大家，希望得到大家的帮助，谢谢了！

高级的系统分析员，有中大型项目(15人月以上)系统分析经验。webSphere经验。

1、我希望知道这样的系统分析员的大致的薪水。 （仅指薪水和奖金要求，按年薪计算。）
2、对于这样的人，在什么公司里能有这样的人。

具体的职位要求和职位描述如下：

Software Development Project Lead/Architect

General Requirements:

*  Experience in leading medium/large projects (15 man months and larger)

*  Ability to correspond in English via email and/or instant messenger

*  Ability to read technical documentation and learn new technologies

*  Ability to read and understand non-technical requirements documents, develop technical specifications based on those documents, break up large tasks into sub-tasks and lead others in implementation of those tasks

*  Experience in development of e-commerce sites (3 + years)


Technical Requirements:

*  Software development leadership role (3+ years)

*  Java J2EE (3+ years);

*  Websphere Commerce (2+ years), Tomcat (1+ years)

* JSP, Javascript, XML, XSL

*  Unix (Solaris, Linux) (3+ years)

*  Understanding of HTTP protocol

*  Experience with multi-tiered distributed software architecture
