/usr是系统的生成的文件系统，你能unmount吗？当然不行,你一定没有试验过吧。只有从备份带重新生成较小的文件系统。

在正常情况下，/, /usr,/tmp,var 都不能umount

好象单用户下，/tmp可以umount。
