cisco3620路由器的问题？各位帮忙看一下！

路由器起不来；起来以后没多久有死机了。插上模块根本就起部来。

IOS换过好多版本了，还是不行。我怀疑是不是硬件的问题呀？各位给个意见吧，实在不行只能把它毙了，
