可以修复dbca不能创建数据库的问题
2.关于"Error in invoking target install of makefile /opt/oracle/product/9.2.0/ctx/lib/ins_ctx.mk" 的错误用下面的方法更佳

Edit $ORACLE_HOME/ctx/lib/env_ctx.mk and go to "INSO_LINK =", add a "$(LDLIBFLAG)dl" to the line and save it.

Here is the full line with the added "$(LDLIBFLAG)dl" flag:
INSO_LINK = -L$(CTXLIB) $(LDLIBFLAG)m $(LDLIBFLAG)dl $(LDLIBFLAG)sc_ca $(LDLIBFLAG)sc_fa $(LDLIBFLAG)sc_ex $(LDLIBFLAG)sc_da $(LDLIBFLAG)sc_ut $(LDLIBFLAG)sc_ch $(LDLIBFLAG)sc_fi $(LLIBCTXHX) $(LDLIBFLAG)c -Wl,-rpath,$(CTXHOME)lib $(CORELIBS) $(COMPEOBJS)

After that hit retry in the error popup.

我找那篇文章（http://codah.net/install-oracle9iR2-on-redhat9.html）的步骤安装，到11%（install website NLS file 90.01.0.0.....）的时候出错，内容是一系列：Error in writing from &ORACLE_HOME/oem_webstage/emwebsite_ja.html   to file &ORACLE_HOME/oem_webstage/emwebsite_ja.heml_instanTPFL。没办法，只能忽略。
    安装完成，在linking oracle9i database 9.0.1.0.0时又出错：一系列的.mk错误（而不是你们所说的只有$ORACLE_HOME/ctx/lib/ins_ctx.mk错误，还有&ORACLE_HOME/sqlplus/lib/ins_plsql.mk、&ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/lib/ins_net_client.mk、&ORACLE_HOME/ldap/lib/ins_sqlplus.mk等错误）在刚开始出现的时候，我参照文档的做法，用oracle用户在&ORACLE_HOME/install/下 #tail make.log，结果出现的是这样的错误：
