Position一        Inside Sales Representative
Purpose & Objectives               
    The primary purpose of the Inside Sales Representative is to provide proactive and programmatic coverage of the SAP install base to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
    Provide additional coverage capacity as required by the Territory Sales Executive to ensure relationship continuity
Work Experience               
Minimum 2 years software tele-sales experience with deal closure responsibilities in a well-established company
Education & Qualifications / Skills and Competencies               
    University degree in computer science or equivalent
    Good IT or ERP knowledge with understanding of SAP solutions preferred
    Proficient in both written and spoken English       
    Excellent interpersonal skills - able to articulate SAP value proposition in the complex industry context        
    Able to work independently and have strong drive for results       
    Strong problem solving skills and patient with routine work       
    Strong team player who learns and adapts quickly       
    Can play a trusted advisor role to customers


Position二         Inside Sales Manager
Purpose & Objectives       
  The primary purpose of the Inside Sales Manager is to lead, drive, and develop the Telesales coverage of a regional call centre hub towards the achievement of all sales and quality targets in line with the business objectives.
Work Experience               
    5 - 7 years Tele management experience, minimum 3 years tele-sales experience with a well-established company       
     Minimum 2 years of direct experience managing a large (50-100 employees) labor population and ability to resolve day to day issues (systems, software, facilities, employment, etc.)
      3 years experience with technology programs
Education & Qualifications / Skills and Competencies               
      Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science/Customer Service/Administration preferred)
      Fluent in English and local language
      Sound software contracting management knowledge and upgrade processes/scenarios, Industry/Vertical-specific experience as appropriaten       
      Excellent working relationships/communication skillsn       
      Demonstrated planning and management skills
