请高手指点如何将HP-UX 备份至NFS服务器

问题如下:
    已经安装好Windows下的NFS服务.并已经mount到HP-UX;
现在想对HP-UX作一个完全的备份.可以采用什么命令备份?

通常的命令如fbackup功能很强大,但是只支持磁带机等设备.不能支持远程的NFS等。

tar命令倒是可以实现，但是功能简单。不能对有些目录和文件系统进行有选择的备份！
请高手指点如何通过HP-UX备份命令，对系统进行有选择的备份最好可以直接备份到远程NFS服务器上。在线等！

备注：这是没有办法啊，因为磁带机都坏了先后坏了3个了。并且我感觉磁带机特别的不经用，可能是跟我们的环境有关系吧，灰尘较大！不知列位的磁带机容易故障吗？

DESCRIPTION
      fbackup combines features of dump and ftio to provide a flexible,
      high-speed file system backup mechanism (see dump(1M) and ftio(1)).

      necessary to restore it to an equivalent state are copied to the
      output device.  The output device can be a raw magnetic tape drive
      (for example, a DLT tape drive), the standard output, a rewritable
      magneto-optical disk, or a file.
