System Engineer（系统工程师）
职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Led Design of system solutions for Patient Monitor design;
-Establish system requirements and lead in system verification and Validation;
-Translate costumer's voice and marketing requirement into system design specification by document and design requirement;
-Establish system structure in Algorithm / Hardware architecture for new patient monitor from marketing proposal;
-Work with SRE (safety and regulatory engineer) to ensure Product meet global requirement (CE/SFDA/FDA etc);
-Work with program team to meet design milestone requirement in product development process;
-Work with hardware and mechanical engineer to achieve cost target by technical skills;
-Have strong quality concept in design process and product;
-Develop engineer to maximize contributions to the business;
-Effective communication of customer and technical issues;

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor degree or Master required Computer Science or electronical;
-GE project and customer contact experience;
-PRD exposure / including DFSS;
-Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and understanding of all functional roles;
-5-10 years engineering or science experience prefer medical device design.

DESIRED:
-EE with mechanical design background;
-Experience with global product design;
-Experience with EMC solve;
-Six Sigma Certified.

Product Engineer （产品工程师）
职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Total Manufacturing process design and Production line set up. NPI/Transfer product or project implementation, include process design, quality control plan, technical support, training, procedure design, trouble shooting, manufacturability, reliability, Localization support, etc….
EHS commitment as number one priority and utilizing Six Sigma/Lean principles to optimize and ensure predictable results and mandatory.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
BS degree or above in Engineer/Technical field;
More than 3 years broad experience in manufacturing/engineer related activities;
Good written and spoken English;

Product Engineer（产品工程师）
职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Total manufacturing process design, Including Flow chart, Processing, Quality control, Measurement, document for NPI and Transfer projects;
-Utilize Lean principles to design and set up the flow line, ensure the capacity can meet the total demand and production specification;
-Manufacturing Leadership to fulfill PRD (NPIs) &

RDT（Transfer) requirements;
-Transfer the Engineering design change and guide on the implementation in manufacturing; Improve, Control, and monitor production/process quality, to support Total Quality for customers and continuously improve FPY and business performance reduce defects/scrap;

WinCE Embedded Software Engineer（嵌入式软件工程师）

Test Engineer （测试工程师）
职位描述：
MASTER RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Create test procedures for product unit level and subassembly;
-Develop automate test procedures and develop test requirements and test plans for new products;
-Support product development teams and to provide needed pre-qualification and verification testing;
-Be involved in all facets of qualification, including environmental, HALT, and ESD immunity testing;
-Actively support qualification lab area productivity improvement efforts, including testing, building of fixtures, calibration, and data collection;
-Provide capability and knowledge of test equipment setup, functional operation, and interconnect of related equipment;
-Review necessary support documentation for product development generated by other Engineering groups and generate support documents as required;
-Ensure that tests performed comply with standards and test procedures;
-Work closely with other project team members as required ensuring the Final product meets the requirements for ruggedness and reliability per the product specifications;

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
-BS degree in electrical Engineering, mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering or similar discipline;
-3-5 years in related field and specifically 2 years of experience as Test Engineer;
-An in-depth understanding of qualification equipment, test procedures, and industry requirements such as IEC 60601-1 etc;
-Solid technical and theoretical background of electronics, physics and electromagnetic principles;
-Experience with environmental testing such as ESD, vibration, temperature, humidity, etc;
-A good interpersonal skillset, including good technical communication skills, a self-starting attitude, and flexibility;
-Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment;
-Ability to supervise or coordinate the work of technicians.
