请问Qt里QHBoxLayout和QHBox有何区别？

在里面不是都可以放东西么？

看了半天还是不明白.
不过觉得是QHBox的部件色彩浓了点; QHBoxLayout可能纯粹做对齐用.

另外还有个问题, 为什么Qt类库里会有个LCD时间的类？
这东西很重要么？
