php编译的问题

编译mysql
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/mysql --with-charset=gbk
make && make install
编译apache
./configure --enbale-so --enable-rewrite=shared
make && make install
编译php出错

Sorry, I cannot run apxs.  Possible reasons follow:

1. Perl is not installed
2. apxs was not found. Try to pass the path using --with-apxs2=/path/to/apxs
3. Apache was not built using --enable-so (the apxs usage page is displayed)

The output of /usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs follows:
./configure: /usr/local/apache2/bin/apxs: not found
configure: error: Aborting

第一条出错信息说明perl没有安装。我于是使用sysinistall安装了perl
但是从起计算机后从新编译还是出现同样的错误？
请教这是为什么呢？
