高薪诚聘高级JAVA开发工程师及中型机维护工程师

我们是一家落户于天津的美国电脑公司，现急需6名高级JAVA开发工程师，及中型机维护工程师3名，
具体要求如下：
1. Position: Senior Java Engineer
Qualifications:
1）Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or equivalent
2）5+ years experience in Java/J2EE application development.  
3）Experience in Hibernate, Spring, Struts, Eclipse.
4）Experience in development team lead is preferred
5）Experience in CMMI is preferred
6）Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

2. Position: Midrange Capacity Planner
Qualifications:
1) A Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
2) Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible related technical experience, including at least 5 years midrange and Windows client server computer/systems performance and/or capacity management experience in a large-scale midrange and Windows client server computer/systems environment.
3) Proficiency using Tivoli, PerfMon, SAR, IOStat, Athene, Perform / Predict or other such midrange performance and capacity management software (past use of Athene a plus), personal computer and associated work station/computer-assisted tools, etc.
4) Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

也许大家看了之后觉得没什么，但是因为英语要求高，所以不是想象的那么简单。工作地点在天津。薪水不错，在10K/月左右，还有正规的保险，还有出国进修的机会。可以和北京的水平相比了吧？
