Job Title:
Clinical Data Associate

Job Responsibility:

The Data Associate will perform all functions of the clinical data management process to ensure that the clinical trial database accurately reflects the data captured on the CRF for clinical trials. Responsibilities include: create data handling plan describing project specific data management procedures, database design and setup, edit validation programming, perform data review, query management, data coding and data base release.

Qualifications:
  In-depth knowledge of the data management process, comprehensive knowledge of the structure of database.
  Computer proficiency required; computer language (SQL, VB) programming skills, database software application, i.e. Oracle clinical, or Access required.
  Knowledge of medical terminology, text data categorization/encoding system (ie: MedDRA, WHO-Drug) required.
  Knowledge of clinical research principles, methods, procedures, and standards.
  Excellent spoken and written English.
  Ability to work independently, to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in biomedical or biology related fields. At lease 1 year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
