Position: Programmer
Location: Beijing
Compensation: highly competitive wage

*Responsibilities*
* Design and architect new features as part web and VoIP application.

* Work with product management and fellow engineers in a close-knit team.

* Contribute product, service, and business-improvement ideas and energy

*Requirements*
* Strong English Language Skills.

* Ability to learn quickly and build products rapidly.

* Experience developing web applications.

* Working knowledge of XHTML, JavaScript, HTTP.

* SQL data structure and OO-design skills.

* Ability to be self-directed and contribute meaningfully to a team with minimal management oversight.

* Experience with *nix environments.

* Helpful experience includes: Ruby/Ruby on Rails, VoIP, Python, Ajax, PHP, Perl
