About library path?

Dear all,

I download mysql from bullfreeware,
and use "smit install_latest" install finished.

mysql server daemon already started.

but when i execute "mysql" always show following error message.

# mysql
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program mysql because of the following errors:
        0509-022 Cannot load library libreadline.a[libreadline.so].
        0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.

I use find to find libreadline.{a,so}, is existed.

# find / -name "libreadline*" -print
/usr/local/lib/libreadline.a
/usr/local/lib/php/20001222/libreadline.a
/usr/local/lib/php/20001222/libreadline.so.0
/usr/local/lib/php/20001222/libreadline.so.0.0.0

Mysql Daemon is running..

# ps -ef | grep mysql
    root  9646     1   0   May 24      -  0:00 sh /usr/local/bin/safe_mysqld
    root 11460  9646   0   May 24      -  0:00 /usr/local/bin/mysqld --basedir=/
usr/local --datadir=/var/mysql --user=root --pid-file=/var/mysql/d440.pid

Can any one tell me, how to resolution it.
