有两个机器:A机 和 B机,两机均安装的是linux操作系统.

现在在A机上安装了informix数据库系统,并建立了用户数据库 testdb


如何在B机安装和配置,使B机能访问A机上的用户数据库testdb???

It's really trivial job to write this in detail.  You need config the sqlhosts in both box, and change nettype, db server alias in onconfig file at both sides as well.  There are several thread in this forum talking about this topic.  You can find a chapter your administrator manual ( Vol1.  find the chapter talking about communication, there are some samples in detail ).  If you do not have the hardcopy of the manual. Try to check if you have the doc CD come with the product, or you can download it from IBM web site.  You can find all the manuals there.
