我的系统日志程序不工作，请各位大哥帮帮忙！！！

小弟是一新手，
最近新安装的solaris 10 for X86, 系统启动后运行/usr/sbin/syslogd
之后运行ps -ef | grep syslogd 显示如下：
root  2045  1592   0 16:31:30 pts/5       0:00 grep syslogd
root  2042     1      0 16:31:28  ?             0:00 /usr/sbin/syslogd
这是不是表明syslogd已经启动了？
如果syslogd已经启动了，系统就应该向/var/adm/messages文件中记日志了吧，可是
/var/adm/messages中始终是空的，没有一条记录。
我的/etc/syslog.conf文件内容如下：

问题不知道出在哪里，请各位高手帮忙，小弟不盛感激！！！

说明你的系统没错误 哈哈
*.err;kern.debug;daemon.notice;mail.crit        /var/adm/messages
这条说明记录*.err;kern.debug;daemon.notice;mail.crit
你可以自己验证：
# logger -p daemon.notice xxxxxx
然后看/var/adm/messages是否有xxxxxx这条记录出现，应该没问题，因为会记录daemon.notice消息
