Job Summary
===========
A Technical Support position located in Sun China Engineering & Research Institute (ERI).

This individual will report to ERI Site Operation Manager, working
with Sun WR, ITOps, Site Operation Team & related functions/groups,
be responsible for:
- ERI site IT infrasture/network administration & support
- Provide centralized lab resource coordination
- Interface & Engage with Business Units on-site & various support functions to achieve ERI site infrasturue operation excellence




Job Description:
================
- ERI IT infrasture & network admininstration & support
- Interface & Engage with Sun WR/IT, ITOps, Resolution Center & Business Units on-site to ensure site-level IT infrastructure support
effectiveness & efficiency
- Provide centralized site lab resource coordination
- Develop on-line application upon request to improve Site operations productivity & efficiency


Qualification:
==============
- Experienced in Network System Administration & Lab Support (switching, routing, standards)
- Mastering of Solaris System Administration
- Familiar with UNIX-based Operating System, Linux Platform & related
- Skillful in Lab Designs, Implementation, Debug & Support
- Result-Oriented, Solution-Driven Attitude, Team Player, Able to Respond to Business Requirements in a timely manner & Follow through till Task Completion
- Strong inter-personal & Communication Skills
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Equivalent
- Good Command of English & Mandarin
- Program Management experience a plus
