[Job Description ]职位说明
The System Engineer is responsible for ERP system architect design, installation, maintenance, monitoring, system hardening/patching and upgrades.
This includes documenting systems in accordance with company standards.
He/she will also help improve the ERP environments and enhance server reliability and performance.
Provide 24x7 supports to global users. The System Engineer serves as a point of escalation and review for issues or concerns identified by the customer.
[Responsibilities]职责:
1. Designing and implementing ERP system solutions depends on customer requests and needs.
2. Presenting customers with recommendations regarding hardware and software.
3. Maintaining appropriate ERP service level and performance tuning.
4. Event monitoring and escalation, capacity checking and planning, solution evaluation and recommendations based on investigation results.
5. Level 3 troubleshooting and resolution of system problems.
6. Performing system patching and upgrade, including planning, scheduling, testing and coordination with customers and other functional teams.
7. Perform ERP system backup, restoration and disaster planning.
8. Managing and reviewing daily operation, account management, change control, configuration change and audit log for SOX auditing purpose.
9. Response to ERP outages both during business hours and in an after-hour, on call capability.
10. Producing documentations for use in configuration, planning, supporting, repairing and troubleshooting of managed systems.
11. Coordinating and interfacing with outside vendors, end users, other department team members and service providers to resolve issues. |
