You will be joining a global team, working closely with colleagues who may be based in China, UK or the US; you will need to communicate in English both by telephone and email. Our client is a major international investment bank; we maintain and support their global 24/7 trade settlement system that processes trades from the London Stock Exchange and other stock markets around the world.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or higher in computer related studies
• Experience of Oracle, Unix, Unix Shell scripting and PL/SQL skills would be an advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Ability to handle pressure as well as effective communicate and interpersonal skills
• Can demonstrate problem solving skills
• Must be able to work under own initiative
• Be innovative and able to design new solutions quickly
• Production /Technical support experience would be an advantage
