我就到 www.ibm.com/certify/members 上去注册了以我邮箱命名的IBM ID 号，姓名也跟我考试的成绩单上相同，但就是在 Member Registration 页面上输入了 Candidate/Testing ID 后，报错：

Your registration has failed for one of the following reasons:

The Candidate/Testing ID you specified does not match the ID associated with your name in the Certification DB.
The name associated with your IBM ID does not match the name we have on file for you in the Certification DB.

Please correct the information and try again or email Customer Support and include your name and Candidate/Testing ID so we can validate your request for Member Registration.

请遇到过类似情况的兄弟，不吝赐教一下怎么弄呀。
