weblogic问题

环境：AIX 5304，WEBLOGIC816运行于产品模式
问题：1、开发人员修改了程序的类，传到服务器上却发现WEBLOGIC并没有应用最新的类，需要重新启动才能生效，而以前类似的修改都可以生效，请问怎样解决？
      2、目前在服务器又新建了一个域用于新应用的发布，现在一共有两个域，发现新建的域用stopweblogic.sh脚本怎么也停不下来，不知道问题出在哪？

目前第1个问题已经解决
原因如下：
Development mode: WebLogic Server instances can automatically deploy and update applications that reside in the domain_name/applications directory (where domain_name is the name of a domain).
Production mode:The auto-deployment feature is disabled, so you must use the WebLogic Server Administration Console or the weblogic.Deployer tool.
解决方法：
1.Start the Administration Server.
2.Select the name of the active domain in the left pane to display the domain's configuration attributes.
3.In the right pane, select Configuration —>General.
4.To specify production mode, select the Production Mode check box.
  To specify development mode, clear the Production Mode check box.
5.Restart all Managed Servers in the domain.
