请教一个在虚拟机下编译mysql源代码问题

在 ./configure --prefix=/usr/local/mysql后出现错误：
...
checking "LinuxThreads"... "Not found"
configure: error: This is a linux system and Linuxthreads was not
found. On linux Linuxthreads should be used.  Please install Linuxthreads
(or a new glibc) and try again.  See the Installation chapter in the
Reference Manual for more information.

我是在xp下装了虚拟机VMware
然后在虚拟机上装的是 federo6

不知道是没有配置相关linuxsthreads参数的原因，还是安装的原因
恳请各位高手指点指点，谢谢

fc 就这样，你可能是开发环境没装全。

你用的内核的 头 文件库没装吧？

mysql什么版本的？可能版本有点低，现在一般用nptl。

问题已经解决了，非常感谢大家的帮忙
因为federa5以上就肯定不支持linux－threads，要安装一个thread库
我用的是mit－thread

引用mysql手册上：
After downloading MIT-pthreads packet, extract this source archive into the top level of the MySQL source directory. It creates a new subdirectory named mit-pthreads.

./configure --prefix=/usr/local/mysql --with-mit-threads
就通过了
