Job Description:
The responsibility of this position is to port Tuxedo products/releases to new platforms, e.g. different operating systems, different compilers. The major duties include:
- Investigate the platform differences and provide estimation on port effort
- Debug, analyze and solve the problems found when compiling and building Tuxedo products on new platforms
- Debug, analyze and solve the problems found by QA test
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of software development experience in C/C++
- Strong development and debugging skills on Unix (Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, etc.), Linux and Windows platforms
- Rich experience in different operating systems and C/C++ compilers
- Experience with Tuxedo or other middleware a plus
- Good understanding of software development process
- Good English language skills, both spoken and written
