Job Title:Solution Architect - Microsoft Solutions - Beijing
Job Description:
1)Responsible for the delivery of Microsoft Solutions, with high quality and ensure customer satisfaction
2)Provide technical advisory service to Customers with a breadth of Microsoft Infrastructure, such as Desktop Lifecycle solution, Security, Server Infrastructure , SMS, MIIS, products and solid Microsoft technology knowledge
3)Create, maintain and improve documentation of knowledge as well as best practices and ensure appropriate preventative information are relayed to the customer as part of the MS delivery Managed Support Programs
Evangelize the MBS Managed Support Programs to assist in increasing enrollment rates and meanwhile evangelize the vision of customer/partner services internally to team members
Job Requirements:
1)BS degree or above in Information Technology,
2)5 + years of related experience, 5+ related projects engagement
3)Professional training on MS product lines and business model preferred
4)Master-certified in one or more MS technology with two or more Microsoft Professional Certifications preferred
5)Experience with SQL Server database
6)Experience with MS infrastructure
7)Strong knowledge in .NET SOA technology, BizTalk/SharePoint application design and development.
 Good project management experiences.
9)Responsibility, leadership resilience, self-motivated, self-management and team work.
10)Self learner, strong new skill ramp-up capability.
11)Strong communication skill, problem analysis and solving skills.
12)Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills (Both English and Mandarin)
Domestic and international travel is required.
