Work on all phases of information systems development, including problem definition, acts as a mentor to other members of the programmer/analyst classification group, and maintains and supports image processing systems with wide impact and visibility. At this level, the incumbent has frequent contact with our algorithm designer and is fully knowledgeable of implementing the image processing algorithm to real software system, as well as the tools and technologies needed to meet client information requirements.
Knowledge of:
Principals, theories and concepts of computer programming;
Design and knowledge of related fields of computer technology;
Tools and technologies available to meet software system information requirements;
Operating characteristics of the state's information systems environment.
