请教：关于PHP使用sendmail自动发送邮件不能发送到某企业邮局的问题

请教各位大大一些事情：
    事情状况:
      1. 用php设计了一个网站，该网站所在的服务器的OS是：Scientific Linux ，该网站是一个买卖网站，有一个自动发送mail的机制（客户在注册时必须提供一个mail address，当注册成功以及客户下订单时网站会自动发送一封mail到客户注册时所填写的mail address上）；
    2.该网站设计时，在php里使用函数直接调用Scientific Linux 内置的sendmail 进行发送mail。经过测试，客户使用@163.com 、@hotmail.com 的mail address注册后都可以收得到该网站自动发送的mail；
    3.奇怪的一点是发送到某一个企业邮箱就收不到，这里先解释下： 我们这里假设网站名为：www.maimai.com.cn ，上述提到的收不到mail的企业邮箱为@shop.com.cn ; 而www.maimai.com.cn发送邮件时使用的mail抬头是: service@shop.com.cn （PS：我也搞不懂为何弄的这么麻烦...）  
      4. www.maimai.com.cn 和 www.shop.com.cn (@shop.com.cn对应的domain)是托管在两家不同的ISP下；
     为何www.maimai.com.cn发往大部分邮件地址都可以，就发到@shop.com.cn 不行，各位大大能否分析下...
