JD:
--To analyze requirements, write design or program specifications
--To code Java/J2EE applications to implement product features
--Communicate and work closely with peer developers
--Guide and support junior developers
Requirement:
--BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
--About 2 – 5 years experience of software development, experience in supervising a development team is an advantage
--Good command of speaking and writing English
--Be skilled at Core Java or J2EE technologies
--Be good at Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns, familiar with UML
--Be skilled at Oracle/Sybase DBMS development is required
--Be familiar with Unix environment and command
--Experience in Struts and Tiles is a plus
--Experience in software test is a plus
--Strong responsibility and flexibility under work pressure
--TOEIC - Certificate holders highly preferred

Junior QA
JD:
--Attend joint reviews with development and clients for Test Requirements, Plan and Criteria
--Assist in the creation, deployment and execution of Technical solutions in support of testing Strategy/Plans.
--Design and development of test cases and conditions.
--Develop automated and manual Test Scripts / Scenarios
--Execution and validation of test cases / scripts
--Defect tracking and resolution
Requirement:
--BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent --0-2 years of experience in software testing or development
--Knowledge of QA and SDLC development methodologies
--Able to work in both UNIX and Windows environments (Shell and VB scripting is a plus)
--Has the ability to work with minimum supervision to creative solutions in support of testing.
--Knowledge of SQL and Relational Database – Sybase and Oracle a plus --Knowledge of performance testing concepts
--Knowledge of SOA Architecture and testing techniques
--Experience in VB, C, C++, Java, Corba, Weblogic, Tibco RV a plus
--Experience with non-GUI automation techniques (creation of Test Harnesses a plus)
--Able to communicate effectively in English with team members in US, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
--Prior experience of working in an off shore model is a plus
--Well-organized process oriented individual. Excellent Analytical and written and verbal communication skills.
--Proven ability to handle pressure & stress environment.
--Quick learner and self-starter with an affinity for continuous improvement.
C++ Team Leader
JD:
The Team Lead is responsible for performing the following activities of project/projects:
--Assisting Unit Manager to set up software development team/teams. Managing the development team/teams to ensure the team to run with high quality and efficiency
--To be the Technical Lead on all current and future projects.
--Application/Product knowledge coaching; project experience sharing.
--Cooperating and communicating with developers, production supports, and overseas Technical Project Managers to identify product / system features, plan the project resources and schedules, prioritize tasks, track/review schedules and deliver results.
--Assisting the Unit Manager on team members’ administration. E.g. provide performance appraisal data etc.
Requirement:
--Computer Science, MS degree or BS with at least 5 years’ experience on software development.
--Must have strong knowledge on C++/MFC/C#
--Must have strong knowledge on MS SQL Server or Sybase
--Must have good knowledge on UNIX environment
--Must have experience in team leading, staff training and task scheduling
--Must have knowledge of structured project management and documentation
--Excellent communication skills required, both written and oral, in Chinese and English
--Any equity derivatives knowledge would be useful
--Good personality, result-oriented
Senior C++
JD:

Requirement:
--Computer Science, MS degree or BS with at least 3 years’ experience on windows application development using C#/MFC/C++
--Must have excellent C++/MFC or C#
--Must have hands on experience on MS Visual Studio .Net
--Equity derivatives knowledge and/or practical experience would be highly desirable but not compulsory
--Must have good communication skills both in Chinese and English.
--Must have good analytical / mathematical skills and some experience of systems analysis
--Any exposure to SQL, scripting, NT, Unix, Rendezvous, source control would be useful
--Nice to have Perl knowledge
--Good personality, result-oriented
Junior C++
JD:
--Code banking application according to program specifications
--Selectively participate in analysis and design work
--Complete documentation to ensure conformance to corporate standards and procedures
Requirement:
--Computer Science, MS degree or BS with 1-3 years’ experience on windows application development using C#/MFC/C++
--Must have good C++/MFC or C#
--Must have hands on experience on MS Visual Studio .Net
--Must show a genuine interest in working in investment banking
--Must have good academic results and communication skills, less than three years working experience or an exceptional fresh graduate
--Must have good English reading and writing capability, oral English is a plus.
--Nice to have some SQL, scripting, NT and Unix knowledge
--Nice to have Perl knowledge
--Good personality, result-oriented
