CISCO2621路由器的故障问题？！

有的时候我们的外网路由器CISCO2621总是出现中断，而且在进入路由器后，输入命令show version看到的连接时间，总是很短，相信肯定频繁出现中断现象了，不知道为什么。
而且，在今天还出现个怪问题，QQ和MSN都能够上，但是上不了网了，利用ping  命令品ping 路由器地址，出现TIME OUT ，后来又突然可以了，但是在ping 路由器地址时，出现的TTL值均在500ms以上，甚至还出现过达到2049ms的延迟现象，而且在ping的过程中还会夹在着几个time out，不知道什么原因，感到很怪，到了下午就又没有问题，奇怪~~请各位看官帮我看看这个问题出现在哪里，
