Development Leader for VoIP System

Basic Requirement
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field is required.
The candidate will be a member of a team of development engineers and be responsible for application code development for a VOIP PBX. Features that this team implemented included click to dial, SIP enhancements and a number of other critical WEB Service and JAVA based solutions.
Candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience of design and development and at least 1 year of technical leadership. Demonstrated ability to deliver Java solutions of high quality. Working knowledge of the development process and proven ability to lead and motivate a team of high energy engineers. Experience with Windows and Linux development; AXIS, gSOAP and VOIP highly desirable.
Candidates will require excellent English and Mandarin communications skills to lead the development team and work with our customers. Travel to the US required.
Candidates will be responsible to deliver small to mid-size features from the concept stage and work closely with our customer to meet the functional requirements and expected schedule milestones. Ability to map requirements into tasks that the team can deliver is important as well as the ability to deliver architecture solutions that are flexible and of high quality. Good leadership and ability to interact with other leaders.
Primary Skill Requirement
Java, C/C++, SOAP, XML, Unit Test. GUI, JSP, Web Sphere, Tomcat,Oracle 9i/ 10g, SQL, MySQL, JDBC..
Additional technical knowledge
Development experience in both Windows and UNIX environments is highly desired.
SOAP, AXIS, and VOIP experience are highly desired.
